McClellands Contracting & Roofing is hiring energetic Sales Assistants for our Morgantown, WV office. This position offers a flexible afternoon and evening schedule designed to work around college classes and other commitments while giving you the opportunity to develop skills that can lead to a high-income career.
As a Sales Assistant, you'll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce our free roofing and exterior inspections, and schedule appointments for our experienced sales team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about their roofing and exterior needs
- Schedule free roof inspections and consultations
- Educate homeowners about storm damage and available restoration services
- Support experienced sales representatives by generating qualified appointments
- Track daily activity using simple reporting tools
- Represent McClellands Contracting & Roofing professionally in the community
- Develop communication, networking, and sales skills that will benefit you long after graduation
Flexible Schedule
- Four-hour shifts in the afternoon and/or evening
- Required four-hour shift every Saturday
- Flexible weekday scheduling
Compensation
- Earn $500 per week for your first six weeks of training
- After successful completion of training, transition to a 100% commission-based compensation plan
- Uncapped earning potential
- Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more based on effort and performance
